《我們香港變幻時》（英文：Once Upon A Time In Tiny Hong Kong）係香港電視廣播有限公司嘅資訊節目，喺2018年6月9號開始到9月29號香港時間逢禮拜六19:30到20:00喺翡翠台播。節目由林韋辰、賴慰玲、林希靈、鄒兆霆主持，介紹香港舊時嘅事物同本土文化，亦會播出相關嘅電視劇片段。
